This trick and routine is a classic and a great laugh because everytime the card is turned around, the number of spots magically change.

First the magician shows one spot on one side;  four spots on the other side;  three spots on the other, other side; and six spots on the other, other, other side.

You explain that it's just an illusion and there appear to be more spots because of the way you hold your hand, but when you "accidently" move your hand the spots are really there.

Finally, for the big climax, the card is covered with spots.

An amazing effect that's easy to do.
