You move the Screen off the Platform onto the floor away from the floor!

An ornate cabinet sets on an attractive tabouret base. The audience can
clearly see underneath. An assistant climbs the stairs and enters the
cabinet. Its curtains are lowered. The magician notices a handkerchief
that the assistant dropped as she entered the cabinet. He raises a
portion of the curtain, disclosing the assistant as he hands the
handkerchief to her. A gun is fired...Curtains on all sides of the
cabinet fall away leaving only the skeleton framework of the cabinet.
The assistant has completely vanished!
